El Paso Electric may have an interesting history, but now has a reputation of leaving thousands without power in Las Cruces, and cutting power in and out without warning. They also let some balloons cut the power to thousands of people and hundreds of businesses on Valentines day 2011. Their customer satisfaction is pathetic. They should be sued for their poor service reliablity and high rates.
