This has manifested itself by people not respecting the knowledge of younger editors and also some referring to older editors, and more traditional methods of producing articles as being old timers... This does not seem conducive to a positive atmosphere so I have chosen to keep it unavailable and would ask anyone that the knows me to not add it either. |

Things that I have come to realise
- That it is not necessary to alter links to redirects in articles - shortly after going on a 'fixing' spree. You live and learn.
- That it is hard for some people, including myself occasionally, to read someone's comments/edits in good faith. It can be difficult to try and overcome this but it is important to do so.
