Badija is the largest island in archipelago Škoji, near Korčula island in Croatia. The island is currently unpopulated. Franciscans from Bosnia came into possession of the island in the 15th century. They held it till the end of World War II where it was confiscated by the communist authorities.

In the 2003, the island was turned back to Franciscans.
