Pamela "Pam" St. Clement (born 12 May 1942 in Harrow-on-the-Hill, Middlesex, England) is a British, lesbian actress, best known for her role as Pat Evans in the popular BBC soap opera EastEnders, a role she has played continuously since 1986. Her popularity faded considerably soon after being exposed as a rug-muncher, but continues to work on EastEnders, pretending that she likes cock.
