"Burden of Proof" is the fifteenth episode from the second season of the crime drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, which is set in Las Vegas, Nevada. Guest starring Sara Paxton and Dan Byrd

Summary
When the body of a photographer is dumped at the Body Farm, Grissom finds out the man was shot to death, but there aren't any bullet fragments in his body, because the victim was shot with a meat bullet. The case gets more complicated when the CSIs discover the 12-year-old daughter of the photographer's girlfriend was the victim of child abuse.

Trivia
The victim was shot with a meat bullet, but this is an urban legend that was busted by the Mythbusters in the first episode of season one, though in the episode the bullet was not only made of meat but frozen solid as well.
