Born January 29th, in Almaty Kazakhstan. Immigrated to the U.S. on a green card lottery in 1996, currently is in the senior year of his High School carrer. He is seeking prestigious universities at which to apply his numerous talents. He was named after a character in the popular piece of Russian literature, Ruslan and Ludmila.

The well-known author of the famous iPhone theme, HTC Leopard, with about 30K download. HTC Leopard only currently supports up to the 3.1.3 iOS Firmware, as winterboard by the famous Jay Freeman has yet to support the pages feature.
