Sondra Marie Currie was born in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Donald Currie and actress Marie Harmon, who made several movies in the 1940s.[1] She is the sister of the twin singers Cherie Currie (of The Runaways fame) and Marie Currie. She began her acting career in several B movies. Her first role was in the 1970 western movie Rio Lobo, even though she was not credited for it. She got her first major role as Lacy Bond in 1974's action movie Policewomen.
