Izzy Canillo (born March 3, 2004), commonly known as Izzy, is a Filipino child actor. He was discovered by Star Circle Quest 2009. Izzy was the 1st runner up and Bugoy Carino won as the grand questor and this 2011 Izzy part of the kiddie Gag show Goin Bulilit
Personal Life
“Batang Potpot” was the alias given to the six-year-old Izzy Canillo when he portrayed a healthy and bright kid in milk commercial. In another TV advertisement, he was seen naging his mom to buy him “Choco Yey” as they go to a sari-sari store to buy dishwashing liquid. These initial outings clearly summarize the Star Circle Quest: The Next Kiddie Idol runner-up- he is a playful, precocious child.
Initially, Izzy did not get the full support of his parents when he told them he wanted to join the ABS-CBN talent – search show in 2009. But he was determined to be part of “Kid Questors,” until his parents eventually said yes.
