Cliffside Park High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school that serves students in ninth through twelfth grade from Cliffside Park, in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States, as part of the Cliffside Park School District.

Students from Fairview attend the school as part of a sending/receiving relationship with the Fairview Public Schools.[2]

As of the 2008-09 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,037 students and 65.9 classroom teachers (on an FTE basis), for a student–teacher ratio of 15.7.[1]

The school was the 235th-ranked public high school in New Jersey out of 322 schools statewide, in New Jersey Monthly magazine's September 2010 cover story on the state's "Top Public High Schools", after being ranked 220th in 2008 out of 316 schools.[3] The school was ranked 195th in the magazine's September 2006 issue, which surveyed 316 schools across the state.[4]

As of 2010, 37% of Cliffside Park graduates go onto a four-year college.

Athletics

The Cliffside Park High School Red Raiders compete in the Bergen County Scholastic League (BCSL) American Conference, which comprises private and public high schools located in Bergen County and Hudson County.[5]

The 2007 boys soccer team won the North II, Group II state sectional championship with a 1-0 win over Hackettstown High School in the tournament final. The win was the team's second sectional title, the program's only other win coming in 1992.[6][7]
