IC Warning

I feel that it may be presumptive to state that the hero warning Dr. Light is Barry Allen, at this point. While, the Flash warning the Japanesse heroine was wearing Barry's costume, it may be Bart, or another speedster, (as Superboy-Prime upon leaving the Speed Force also had a new costume). Stating the speedster wore Barry's costume, rather than asserting the man himself, would help to improve the quality of the section to the standards of Wiki. (I suggest re-editting "Is a matter of fact" or at least making it complete sentence.)
