Jong Thae-yang, also spelled Jong Tae Yang, is a North Korean diplomat. He currently serves as the deputy chief of the US Affairs Bureau of the Foreign Ministry[1]. He has frequently been involved in international talks[2][3] [4] [5], including the Six Party Talks.
Prior to his current position, Jong had served in the North Korean embassy to Namibia.
