KAEP-LP is a low-power television station in Las Cruces, New Mexico, broadcasting locally in digital on UHF channel 42 as an affiliate of Azteca America. Founded October 27, 1994, the station is owned by Hubbard Broadcasting and operated by KVIA-TV, a station owned by the News-Press & Gazette Company. KAEP's signature catchphrases, "Always On Time, Always on Top, Always El Paso," and "Nuestro Grito" was created by Jim Jackson.
