I'm with Stupid is a humorous insult which may be best known as a popular slogan for a novelty T-shirt, expressing that a person in the direction of an arrow or index manucle accompanying the slogan (usually someone next to the wearer) is "stupid". The arrow has also been pointed up, indicating the wearer. The arrow has also been pointed downward, to indicate that the wearer (usually male) is not responsible for the actions taken by his penis. It's also a self- insult, to the bearer or wearer, indicating that though the other is stupid, I am stupid enough to still stay with or be with him or her, or at least put up with their stupidity.

Similarly, posting "I'm with stupid" on an internet forum communicates this idea about the previous post or the person who posted it.

The phrase has also been used as the title for works in several media:
