Carrie Keranen (Born January 16) is an American actress, voice actress, production manager and voice director known for her work with 4Kids Entertainment, DuArt Film and Video and NYAV Post. She is best known as the second voice of Mokuba Kaiba on Yu-Gi-Oh, Mitsuki on Kappa Mikey, Ozzel in Slayers, and Sheena in the recent Pokémon movie, Pokémon: Arceus and the Jewel of Life.[1] She recently moved to Los Angeles, California.
