Edgeøya (occasionally anglicised as Edge Island), is an uninhabited island in Svalbard, lying between Spitzbergen and Barentsøya. The island forms part of the South East Svalbard Nature Reserve, home to polar bears and reindeer. Its eastern side is covered by an ice field. The island is about 1,900 sq miles or 5,030 sq kilometers, the third largest in the Svalbard archepelago.

The island is named for Thomas Edge (d. 1624), an English merchant and whaler.
