Carol A. Roessler (born January 16, 1948) is Wisconsin Administrator of State and Local Finance, appointed by Gov. Jim Doyle in July 2008. She was previously a Republican member of the Wisconsin Senate, representing the 18th District since a special election in April 1987. Her last official day in office was July 4, ending her career in the annual Oshkosh and Omro parades. She was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1982 through 1987.
