There is now a 2-minute animated cartoon about how organizational initiative is sometimes quashed by leadership that is called Godzilla Meets Bambi.
In this story, wagon pushers and a wagon puller are working hard to move a wooden wagon forward. The wagon is rolling along on wooden Square Wheels, while the cargo of the wagon are round rubber tires, so the ideas for improvement already exist. With a series of illustrations, there is the discovery that the vehicle can be improved through teamwork and collaboration and support.
The ending is not good, however.
