Tomas Asklund, a.k.a. Alzazmon, is a drummer who is mostly known for his performances in black metal/death metal bands such as Dissection,[1] Dark Funeral,[2] Infernal[3] and Dawn,[4] but has also been playing for bands/projects in a wide range of musical styles, and continuously creates and records his own compositions in his studio Monolith.[5] He remains firm in his Satanic and Misanthropic philosophies and ideals. In late 2007 Asklund became the drummer in the Norwegian black metal band Gorgoroth,[6]
