Damon Elliott (born March 21, 1973), commonly known as Dame, is an American producer, writer, composer, recording artist and entrepreneur. His production genre’s include pop, hip hop, rock, R&B, gospel, and more recently, country. Elliott has produced numerous albums and hit singles for various music artists including his mother, Dionne Warwick, as well as Destiny’s Child, Beyonce, P!nk, Gwen Stefani, Jessica Simpson, Christina Aguilera, and Macy Gray. Damon’s production has earned him a Grammy and seven Grammy nominations.[1] Damon is President and CEO of Confidential Records, under which he discovered, mentored, and released R&B artist Keyshia Cole. Elliott discovered Cole in 2002, developed her, signed her, and landed major label distribution for her debut album, "The Way It Is". Elliott earned two Grammy Nominations for his role in Keyshia Cole's second album, Just Like You.[2]
In 2010, Elliott can be seen in the reality based series Mel B: It's a Scary World, where he is involved with working on Melanie Brown's new album.

Awards
Elliott has sold over 75 Million Records, earned seven Grammy Award Nominations, and won one Grammy Award for his rendition of "Lady Marmalade" featured in the 2001 film Moulin Rouge[3]
