Gigantic Music is an independent record label, founded by Brian Devine in 2000. Gigantic Music is based out of New York City.
Moving beyond the somewhat flimsy "indie rock" categorization, Gigantic Music focuses on the promotion of innovative and talented musicians, regardless of whether or not they "fit" a certain sound. Gigantic Music began to get serious attention from the media and press after the signing of New York's well established act, The Walkmen to the label for the band's fourth album, You & Me. With the recent additions of UK favorites The Rumble Strips and promising newcomers Frances, Gigantic Music is poised to become a mainstay in independent music.
