-I am requesting a third opinion on the persistent removal of the above sections by unregistered user [[User:77.255.212.106|77.255.212.106]]. Please do not edit the foregoing until this is resolved.
-My understanding is that talk page comments or discussion cannot be deleted, only archived or "struck out" by the author. Minor amendments e.g. typo(s) may be acceptable. However the above user has deleted the 2 sections above three times, despite my placing a notice on his talk page explaining that we don't delete talk page entries.
