Scott M. Simon is a Republican Louisiana State Representative representing the 74th district. Simon is a residential/commercial designer and planner. He received his MA in Architecture from Tulane University. Simon is a member of the Louisiana Republican Legislative Delegation, and the Louisiana Rural Caucus.[1]
