Green Grass of Wyoming is a 1948 film starring Peggy Cummins and Charles Coburn. The filming of the movie was mainly done in Lancaster, Ohio, at the Fairfield County Fairgrounds. It is based on the horse book by Mary O'Hara, The first book and or movie in the series being My Friend Flicka, a very popular book at the time and several movies have been based on it. This movie follows the horse theme obviously.
