According to the organization's official website, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp , the official English name of this department is "Citizenship and Immigration Canada", not "Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada". Shouldn't Wikipedia reflect the official name?

According to the organization's official website, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp , the official English name of this department is "Citizenship and Immigration Canada", not "Department of Citizenship and Immigration Canada". Shouldn't Wikipedia reflect the official name?
