I know there were at least two structures in between the original wooden fort and the current stone church, and I'm fairly certain the latter's immediate predecessor was recent enough to be photographed. I'll check through my parents' various coffee table books to see if there's a photo that could be used, and I encourage other interested parties to do likewise.
