John Dilulio is the Frederic Fox Leadership Professor of Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania and a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution. He was the First Director of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives. He received his PhD in Government from Harvard University.
