Spasse was born in 1914 in Gollomboc and pursued the elementary school in [[Korçë]], and the high school in [[Elbasan]]. He worked as a teacher in and then went to Florence, Italy and graduate in Pedagogy. He also pursued a master in litterature in the [[Soviet Union]]. After World War II he worked as a critique and writer in the pedagogic magazines ''The new school'' ({{lang-sq|Shkolla e re}}, and ''The popular education'' ({{lang-sq|Arsimi popullor}}, as well as Our Literature ({{lang-sq|Literatura jonë}}, and ''[[Nëntori]]''. Sterjo Spasse (1914-1989) is a notable Albanian writer of Macedonian descent.

Spasse was born in 1914 in Gollomboc and pursued the elementary school in Korçë, and the high school in Elbasan. He worked as a teacher in and then went to Florence, Italy and graduate in Pedagogy. He also pursued a master in litterature in the Soviet Union. After World War II he worked as a critique and writer in the pedagogic magazines The new school (Template:Lang-sq, and The popular education (Template:Lang-sq, as well as Our Literature (Template:Lang-sq), and Nëntori. He was a member of the Albanian League of Writers and Artists.[1]

Along his various contributions in the pedagogic field and translations, his main fieldwork was creative writing, which started in the 1930s. He published four collections of short stories and 10 novels:[1]
