Tectia (former SSH Communications Security) (Nasdaq Helsinki: TEC1V) is a Finnish company that is based in Helsinki and was founded by Tatu Ylönen in 1995. It is known as the original developer of the Secure Shell protocol and it currently has about 40 employees. The company's current CEO is Tatu Ylönen. The biggest shareholders are Tatu Ylönen, Assetman Oy, and Tero Kivinen.

SSH Communications Security Corp officially became Tectia Corporation on April 1, 2010 as part of a corporate transformation.

SSH Communications Security has been listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange since 2000.
