Death date conflicts

Please, determine whether the date of death (November 30, 1850) of Germain Hess is Gregorian (New Style) or Julian (Old Style) because I think it is in Old Style. If it is in Old Style, please, edit from "November 30, 1850" to "December 12, 1850 [O.S. November 30, 1850]" because Russia was using the Julian calendar until 1918.
