One Raffles Quay is an office building in Singapore that is currently under construction in Raffles Place. The building consits of two office towers which its North Tower will have a height of 245m and 50 storeys, and the South Tower will have a height 140m and 29 storeys. The total floor area of the office towers combined is 1.59 million square feet, a podium block, a hub car park and a 4,180 square meter subterranean retail mall will be linked to the Raffles Place MRT Station.

It is expected to be completed in 2006.
