Deleting DB Realty from the 2g scam.

DB Realty is an independent company which is not named in the charge sheet by the CBI in the 2G scam. The company named is Swan Telecom which is another independent company all together.

DB Realty floated Swan Telecom. Later it sold its share to Etisalat. So when irregularities took place DB realty owned it. Moreover Shahid Balwa is still the promoter of DB realty. So mention of DB realty is inevitable. Nowhere it's mentioned that Shahid Balwa is "GUILTY". DB Realty did not float Swan. If it had it would be name in the CBI charge sheet, the link that you have connected was before the charge sheet was filled. DB Realty is not mentioned anywhere in it. Please read it, its available online. Shahid Balwa is one of the promoters of DB Realty, therefore that is the only link between him and the company that should be mentioned.

There is a separate page for the 2G scam why not add all the details there instead. The same has been suggested and done by the administrators for the other undertails as well. 202.179.91.46 (talk) 13:20, 10 November 2011 (UTC)

why are you getting personal. Do you have a personal grudge against someone. the way you have mentioned the name of Vinod Goenka as tainted is really astonishing. Lets be civil and discuss things. Seriously you need to read the chargesheet to discover which are the companies involved its available on the NDTV website. there you will see that they are trying to link Swan with the ADAG group and not with DB Realty, so i really don't get your argument. Do you have a valid references, most of the media today writes one thing and the next day prints a correction. Yes and as you said the truth will be upheld so why sit on judgment and not wait for the legal recourse. 1. Give reference to the chargesheet you're refering to. 2. I'm not taking stand on the accused. I am merely stating the facts by giving references, references to the accusations that have been made against the accused. 3. Please don't bring in what any individual has to say (e.g.Vinod Goenka) 4. The fact that Dynamix Balwas Realty was related to Etisalat DB, Swan Telecom in the beginning is true. 5. And finally if you mention the charity work among other things for Balwa, the fact about his current legal battle etc. has to be mentioned. 6.
