::Good Lord, the section includes the word "Controversy" in it so of course there are non-neutral POVs involved. It is a somewhat important issue in the region when talking about Shepherd's Flat and other nearby Wind Farms, enough that it should get mentioned.[[User:Virgil61|Virgil61]] ([[User talk:Virgil61|talk]]) 05:28, 16 November 2011 (UTC)
