===About Your Comment on the Elton John song [[Goodbye Yellow Brick Road (song)|Goodbye Yellow Brick Road]]===

Hey there, ElMeroEse. The Muppet Show version of "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" is a good version. That's how it became my favourite EJ song. Thanks man. And a good user page you have as well.

Hello, ElMeroEse, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and have been reverted. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles.

If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!

The above is a template, but it's one someone should have welcomed you with before now. I'm not familiar with Pocos Pero Locos. Perhaps the editors who reverted you felt that the group was not yet notable and successful enough to have an encyclopedia article. If you're patient and diligent enough to learn how to reliably source the article you write, I would be willing to offer my judgement and help you polish it up if I think it can be an article. Bear in mind that you need to find English-language sources for most of the information, as this is the English-language Wiki and both readers and editors here need to be able to check reliable sources in English. It's only advertising if you're not sourcing your article to information found to be WP:Notable at WP:Reliable sources. You can use your user page to work on an article out of article space until it's ready. It's a lot of work, and there are a lot of rules, but if you're willing to dive in one more time, I'll duck in a few times to make sure you don't drown on your second try! Once you get the hang of the major things, others will come along and help you hammer out the other problems.

I'll give you a head-start with one English-language reliable source, if you can track down another couple reliable sources, I think you've got a good shot:

Categories

Hi, re this edit. If you don't think this chap is living, American or a record producer may I suggest that rather than remove the categories, you just tag the record with {{hoax}}? Then once someone has checked that it will be deleted. ϢereSpielChequers 12:56, 20 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

  • Can you please explain your post? I don't know a lot about Wikipedia's features and policies except for actual editing with available references (acceptable or refutable). I can assure you Fingazz is a living American record producer, but as far as I know, he hasn't released his date of birth to the public. ElMeroEse (talk) 04:45, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
