Fair-use Rationale
The use of a low resolution version of this logo constitutes fair use in the Wikipedia article Tower_Power because:
- The low resolution nature of the image prevents reuse which could infringe on the commercial benefit of the copyright owner;
- FIRST is a not for profit charity which will not be harmed by featuring this image on Wikipedia.
- The image and the organization it represents are critically discussed by the article;
- This image couldn't be recreated as a free image;
Licensing
