Fair-use Rationale for Toroid Terror
The use of a low resolution version of this logo constitutes fair use in the Wikipedia article Toroid Terror because:
- This image is necessary to describe the visual theme of the FIRST robotics Competition in 1997-1998.
- The low resolution nature of the image prevents reuse which could infringe on the commercial benefit of the copyright owner;
- FIRST is a not for profit charity which will not be harmed by featuring this image on Wikipedia.
- The image and the organization it represents are critically discussed by the article;
- This image couldn't be recreated as a free image;
Licensing
