Mrs. Sam Houston House is a historic house on FM 390, one block east of the junction with FM 50 in Independence, Texas.
The Greek Revival house was built in 1832. Later it was home to Mrs. Sam Houston (Margaret Moffette Lea), the widow of the politician and statesman. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1970.
