Kyrgyzstan has extremely low Internet penetration. Therefore, it is very hard to find on-line sources related to Kyrgyzstan, especially if we are talking about small inhabited places. I believe that subjects which are difficult to source, such as ones based in Kyrgyzstan, should get some leeway. Still, I am willing to put in extra effort to find sources.
