You say that he was not a WWII veteran and that the American Battle Monuments Commission is in error, but the ribbon diagram includes the World War II Victory Medal, referenced to the American Battle Monuments Commission. This is because he joined before 31 December 1946, right?
Exactly. The medal is probably what caused the mistake on ABMC, I'm thinking. —Ed!^(talk) 16:41, 11 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
