Manuyo Uno LRT Station is a proposed station on the Manila LRT Yellow Line (LRT-1). It is part of the Yellow Line Extension, also called LRT-6. The LRT-1 extension plan calls for an elevated 10-station, 11.7-kilometer extension, which means that this station would be above-ground.
The station is named after its proposed location in Barangay Manuyo Uno along C-5 Extension in Las Piñas City. It is one of two proposed LRT stations in Las Piñas, the other being Las Piñas station. It would be the fifth station for trains headed from Niog and the sixth for trains headed from Redemptorist. When taking the LRT from the North Avenue station, this station would be the 28th station from North Avenue.

When the station is completed, it would be the closest station to St. Joseph Parish Church, home to the world-renowned Las Piñas Bamboo Organ. It will also be close to St. Joseph's Academy, Las Piñas National High School (Main) and Gatchalian Subdivision.
