Rajendra Singh Lodha (died October 3, 2008), popularly known as R. S. Lodha, was an Indian chartered accountant and the chairman of the Birla Corporation.
In July 2004, Mrs. Priyamvada Birla, chairperson of the Birla Corporation, bequeathed the entire assets of the company to Lodha. This sparked a protracted legal battle between members of the Birla family and Lodha. Despite this Lodha took charge as Chairman of the Corporation.[1]
Death
Lodha died in London of an apparent heart attack on October 3, 2008. He has two sons, Harsh and Aditya, and a daughter Meenakshi.
