The African Scops Owl (Otus senegalensis) is a small owl endemic to sub-Saharan Africa.

Identification The African Scops Owl has a distinctive "prrrp" call which occurs around every 5 seconds: This owl is a grey owl. It has ear tufts (Large eyebrow among their eyes). The African scops owl is Around 17cm.
