Izumi Tsubaki (椿 いづみ, Tsubaki Izumi, born December 11 in Saitama, Japan) is a Japanese manga artist whose work has been serialized on the Hana to Yume magazine.
Tsubaki began drawing mangas in her first year of high school. She was soon selected to be in the top 10 of Hana to Yume's Mangaka Course, and subsequently won Hana to Yume's Big Challenge contest.
