The King's School Worcestershire - please investigate Michael Cornes now aged 69 who went to the King's School Chester, He was in and out of Rhodesia in the late sixties/early seventies and we were all worried about what he was up to. I have just found a ten billion dollar note from the bank of Zimbabwe and no-one wants that sort of inflation in the West. My computer boss at the Witches Mill Castletown Isle of Man, Fred Down went to Winchester after leaving the Island and his son John Paul sang in Winchester Cathedral choir. Fred later went on to Canada.
He told me that he still loved his ex-wife Pauline, but that he was much happier with Maggie. Back in 1985 I worked for the computer advisor for the island at Castle Rushen High School. Hisd name was Stan McDonald and he lived at Harold Cottage Strang. My late father was Harold Thomas Cornes of Lodge Farm Crewe-by-Farndon Chester. He was in Freemason's at the Deva Mental Hospital Chester which is now the Countess of Cheshire. My late father would have been 100 this year, the centenary of the Titanic sinking. It was Fred Down who told me that a certain security organisation was in a mess. Perhaps he knew that it could all be sorted elsewhere. At the time I just could not believe what he was telling me. Yours sincerely Anne Lesley Kent Isle of Man.
