Florian Iberer (born December 12, 1982 in Graz) is an Austrian ice hockey player who currently plays for Moser Medical Graz 99ers of the Austrian Hockey League.

Iberer began his career playing for the Graz 99ers where he played from 1999 to 2005. He then moved to the United States, playing in the United Hockey League for the Elmira Jackals and the Quad City Mallards, the ECHL with the Alaska Aces and the International Hockey League with the Kalamazoo Wings before moving back to Austria in 2007 with Black Wings Linz. After playing two seasons for the Black Wings Linz he moved back to Graz to play for his home team, the Moser Medical Graz 99ers.
