Lori Peters (born November 29, 1973) is the former drummer for the Grammy-nominated Christian rock band Skillet, performing with them from 2000 to 2007. She recorded four albums with the band: Ardent Worship, Alien Youth, Collide, and Comatose. She played her last show on December 31, 2007, feeling that "it's time for [her] to come off of the road and start a new chapter in [her] life."[1][2] She took time during the Christmas season of 2007 to train a new drummer who would join Skillet, then 18-year-old Jen Ledger.[1][2]
