Talent Management Unit
The Talent Management Unit of GMA-TDMD has had its share of success as it focuses on the careers of its artists, giving importance in making its roster of young stars well-known. As the primary source of talents for the GMA Network and its subsidiaries, the Talent Management team has given its artists a good position in obtaining roles and projects in the network. And as a competitive player in the advertising industry, the unit also takes care of its artists by acquiring endorsement deals for them. On top of this, the unit also works closely with the whole department in providing other projects for their talents—whether it be in acting, singing, dancing or hosting.
The Talent Management Unit works closely with casting directors for GMA Films, Regal Films, OctoArts Films, Canary Films and Seiko Films; the unit has also started to venture into the world of independent film-making. And because of this partnership, the talent agency has provided talents for some of the most successful and/or critically-acclaimed movies to come out of the local box-office.
GMA-TDMD also has artists who are making waves in the music industry: LA Diva, comprised of three products of singing talent search, Pinoy Pop Superstars, Jonalyn Viray, Aicelle Santos and Maricris Garcia, Yasmien Kurdi and Frencheska Farr have both taken the commendation for being the Most Promising Female Singer for the Guillermo Music Awards in separate years. But it doesn't stop there. TDMD talent Mark Herras has also managed to release three successful dance albums for Universal Records.

Talent Development Unit
The GMA-TDMD Talent Development Unit has reached great heights since its first acting workshop back in 2004. The unit has since brought regard to GMA-TDMD and GMA Network as one of today's premier sources of talent development programs. With the support of GMA Network, the talent agency arm has provided the public, and its in-house talents, better training in enhancing their talents. The unit also gives the chance for individuals who have gone through its training courses, to tap into their potentials and produce short independent films for screening (and portfolio-building) purposes.

Casting Unit
This unit is currently the youngest amongst all units of the talent agency department. They plan to have the most dependable pool of talents, and be trustworthy to those who want to obtain artists for TV programs and commercial endorsements. The casting unit currently does this by presenting the available talents to the clients and talent coordinators of both the entertainment, and news and public affairs arms of GMA Network. They also conduct VTR’s and auditions for some of the programs, and their current database has more than 400 talents to date. The unit also currently facilitates a “Spot-a-face” campaign -- another avenue in searching for fresh faces and potential talents.
One of the talents discovered by the unit is the tween star, Krystal Reyes.

Events and Publicity Unit
The GMA-TDMD Events and Publicity unit has been keen in promoting GMA-TDMD artists with Mall tours, shows, campaigns, and the like. They have established relationships with external partners in Media for the assured publicity of GMA-TDMD artists, and Press Conferences and interviews with the artists are continuous. To date, there are over 100 magazine publications utilizing GMAAC Talents in covers and feature articles, plus the talents’ publicity in daily journals, tabloids, and broadsheets. The unit is ceaseless to obtain a broader clientele for further exposure of the artists. They have also produced several premiere nights for the screening of Digital Films, and have also co-produced and supported concerts for GMA-TDMD Artists, Trade Launches, Sports Events, Charity Projects, Bazaars, Photo Exhibits, and Fans Days.

Other Operations
Besides all the progress, promotions, and achievements of GMA Talent Development and Management Department, they have also created several beneficial alliances with local and international entities, including the Olympics for the World Championships of Performing Arts.
