Reverting back to Old Status, India.gov.in

Dear ! I have made certain wise changes to the page [India.gov.in|India.gov.in], but I found it reverted back to old state by you. I thank you for your prompt review, but the changes made were mandatory. I work at National Informatics centre, Indian Government and I am authorized to enrich authentic content representing work done by NIC. You clearly have a conflict of interest with the subject. You removed all the independent references and added lots of external links to your own site, as well as adding promotional new content. None of this is acceptable to Wikipedia, and the fact that you claim the changes made were mandatory would be laughable to any serious Wikipedia editor.
