Yuri Grigor Khachaturov (Template:Lang-hy) is the chief of staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia. Khachaturov was born in the Georgian SSR, on May 1, 1952.

In Afghanistan during his service he was awarded the "Red Star" two orders "of the USSR Armed Forces for service to the Motherland," Order of the Afghan "Star" in the 2nd degree of order.

In 2012, May 1 the president of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic awarded Khachaturov the Mesrop Mashtots medal.
