Chauncey Hollis, better known as Hit-Boy is an American Grammy Award Nominated hip-hop, R&B and contemporary platinum-level music producer currently signed to GOOD Music, and the founder of Hits Since '87 [1] Born Chauncey Hollis, on May 21, 1987 in Fontana, California, he is the son of Chauncey Hollis Sr. and Tanisha Bedford. He is best known for his production on Lil Wayne “Drop the World” Feat. Eminem, Pusha T “My God”, Kanye West “Christmas in Harlem", and Jay-Z & Kanye West “Niggas in Paris.”

Hit-Boy began his work with Kanye West when he produced his GOOD Friday track, “Christmas in Harlem”[2], Big Sean, Pusha T, Musiq Soulchild and Cyhi Da Prynce.
On May 2, 2011[3] he signed to Kanye West’s GOOD Music Label, and produced the single "Niggas in Paris", on the collaborative “Watch the Throne” album created by Kanye West and Jay-Z.
Personal life
Hit-Boy is the nephew of Rodney Benford, from the R&B group Troop (band).
