You may wish to note that there is already a fairly extensive [[Template:US Constitution]]. I think a template on U.S. Con Law is liable to grow to rather gargantuan proportions (especially if it is to include cases). I suggest cutting the cases out (we have no other law templates that includes any) and perhaps setting forth separate templates for "Powers" (of the government) and "Rights" (of the people) created by the Constitution.
